Puppy Yoga is coming to LA, Offering Free Puppy Therapy Sessions to Wildfire-Affected Residents

Puppy Sphere, the wellness events company known for its innovative puppy therapy studios across North America, is proud to announce the opening of its newest studio in West Hollywood. At a time when many in Los Angeles are grappling with the devastating impact of the recent wildfires, Puppy Sphere is dedicated to providing the mood-boosting experience of puppy yoga to the city.
In support of community wellbeing, Puppy Sphere is offering free tickets to its opening weekend (February 1–2, 2025) to anyone directly impacted by the fires, ensuring those who need it most can find moments of peace and connection. Additionally, Puppy Sphere will donate all net proceeds from its opening weekend to the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation, aiding first responders who have worked tirelessly to protect lives and homes. Donations to the LAFD Foundation can also be made directly at supportlafd.org .
“We are deeply saddened by the devastation caused by the wildfires in Los Angeles, and our hearts go out to those impacted, especially those who have lost their homes,” said Francesca Albo and Lea Burbridge Izquierdo, Co-Founders of Puppy Sphere, in a joint statement. “To support our community, we are offering free puppy yoga tickets to anyone directly affected by the fires. We believe that spending time with puppies can provide much-needed moments of positive distraction and healing. Puppy therapy has been shown to reduce stress, improve mood, and foster a sense of connection, which is especially important during these challenging times. Our mission is to make animal therapy accessible and to bring light to the City of Angels.”
